Joni is focused on helping people achieve a vibrant experience in all areas of life - mind, body and spirit - a goal that aligns well with USFF goals of medical freedom, accountability, and healing those who have been injured through the vaccine mandate process.

Joni is a veteran of the corporate world, with more than 30 years of real-world leadership experience. She has served as a Senior Vice President for both large and growth-oriented organizations. Her depth of technical expertise, particularly in process and procedure development and regulatory compliance, is invaluable to USFF, however her real talent is relationship management and mentorship. Joni brings a deep passion for creating lasting relationships and developing people, personally and professionally, with the results to prove it.

Through her consulting business, ECHO* Mentoring, Joni focuses on business and management development, growth strategies, and conflict resolution. Joni’s experience in creating new markets and consulting with businesses from differing industries/stages gives her the unique ability to take USFF to the next level. ECHO Mentoring is alive and well today as an indicator of her involvement in the community.
